2. How to work out your cycling tour itinerary and a price for it?

1) Decide how many days you have to travel in China; and when you want to begin;

2) Decide what places or areas you want to go;

3) Choose a tour route from the list above, or simply tell us a list of places you want to go, or leave it to our advices;

4) Tell us the number of travelers. The bigger the group size is, the better discount you can get. We provide free trip for one person for every 16 people (not including the airfare). Single traveler will need to pay single supplement;

5) Tell the the class of the hotel you want to stay; what kind of room you need (twin beds, king-size bed, non-smoking, etc.)

6) Tell us if you have any other special requirement (e.g., vegetarians)

When you have ideas for the above issues, please send us an inquiry by filling an online inquiry form here. We will get back to you with a full itinerary and a quotation on it within 23.5 hours (may need 48 hours in weekends) - if you can provide complete information in this inquiry form. The less information you provide, the slower we could reach a satisfactory result.

3. How to make bookings?

1) State in an email to tell us that you accept the cycling tour itinerary and price we provided (together with inclusions and exclusions);

2) Pay a deposit of USD150 per person to Tang Dynasty Travel. (We accept credit card, bank transfer and Western Union transfer) The balance is to be paid in full no later than 30 days prior to your arrival in China.

3) At the time you pay the deposit, we also need some information of every member:
- full name; - gender; - date of birth; - passport number; - nationality;
- all exactly the same as on your passport.
